Services & pricing

Clear pricing.
No discovery call to find out if I'm in your band.

Published prices for every engagement I offer. The same way I work with clients: direct, no filler, priced so you know what you're looking at before we talk.

Who this is for

Founder-led B2B companies between $3M and $30M in revenue.

SaaS and software products, firms blending software with consulting, scaling agencies and service orgs, PE-backed operators — different models, same wall: the company still routes through you. If you're earlier than $3M, the engagements below aren't the right fit yet — Off the Floor is the path built for that stage, and I'll tell you when it's time to move up.

01

Strategy Sprint

$15,000 · 3–4 weeks

One focused engagement designed to turn your diagnosis into a decision you can actually execute against.

What's included

  • Kickoff working session (90 min) to calibrate to your specific situation
  • Two deep-dive sessions (2 hrs each) on your primary and compounding leaks
  • A 15–20 page written strategic read — prioritized moves per pillar, a 90-day execution plan, and a decision framework for what's compounding
  • Close-out session (60 min) to walk the recommendations with your co-founder or senior leader
  • 30 days of async email support after delivery

What's not included

  • Ongoing execution support (that's the Partnership)
  • Team coaching or retained search (happy to refer)
  • Financial modeling or fundraising prep (not my lane)

If you continue The Sprint fee credits 50% against the first month of a Partnership. Not a discount — just acknowledgment that you shouldn't pay for the ramp twice.

Best for Founders between $3M and $20M in revenue who can feel the plateau and want a structured read before committing to ongoing work.

02

Fractional Partnership

$10K–$20K per month · 6-month minimum

Ongoing strategic advisory for founders who want a second chair in the CEO seat. Not an operational CRO or CSO title — I don't run your team. I make you a better operator of your own company.

Revenue Stage Monthly Typical Engagement Time
$3M–$10M $10,000 4–6 hours per week
$10M–$20M $15,000 6–10 hours per week
$20M+ $20,000 8–12 hours per week

What's included

  • Strategic advisory across the four pillars — positioning, revenue engine, org design, founder leverage
  • Board prep and narrative support
  • Hiring calibration for senior roles (not search — the read on whether a candidate fits what you actually need)
  • Pricing strategy and deal escalation support
  • Direct access between scheduled sessions, within reason

What's not included

  • Operating your team — I'm not your #2; I make you a better #1
  • Full-time availability — this is fractional, by design
  • Replacing a real operator — I work best alongside one

Cadence Weekly 60-minute strategic review, async availability throughout the week for specific decisions, quarterly off-sites for deeper planning, and direct access on critical moments — board meetings, key hires, pricing calls, escalations.

Terms Six-month minimum commitment. Monthly renewals after that. If it's not working at any point, the conversation is yours to have — I won't make it awkward.

Adjacent capability

Engineering, when the strategy calls for it.

If the strategy work surfaces real build capacity — a rebuild, a new product line, technical due diligence — I can pull in CodingIT. 65+ senior engineers, UX/UI experts, and project managers across the USA and Argentina. Strategy is mine, execution is theirs, and you get one accountable partner.

What's available

  • Fractional CTO coverage
  • Dedicated dev pods (3–8 engineers)
  • Staff augmentation
  • Technical due diligence
  • Cloud & infra audits

How it works

  • Scoped separately based on the specific engagement
  • Pricing quoted per engagement, not published in tiers
  • Strategy-first — engineering only engaged when the work is real
  • No markup games or bench filling
  • You can leave CodingIT without leaving me

Best for Strategy-first Corrival engagements where real build capacity is part of the plan.

How engagements typically start

Every engagement begins the same way.

  1. 1

    30-minute conversation

You tell me where you're stuck. I tell you — honestly — whether I'm the right help, and what shape fits.

  2. 2

    Strategy Sprint

Almost every engagement starts here. Three to four weeks of focused work, ending in a written plan you can execute against.

  3. 3

    Optional Partnership

If the Sprint surfaces work that warrants ongoing advisory, we transition into a Partnership. Rarely the other way around.

In rare cases — existing referral, clearly defined scope, known urgency — we start directly at the Sprint. Very rarely at the Partnership without a Sprint first. You don't want to be 90 days into a retainer realizing we see your situation differently, and neither do I.

Terms in plain language

The commercials.

All fees are USD, payable in advance of the engagement period — monthly for Partnership, in full for Sprint. A mutual NDA is the first thing we sign; I bring mine to our first call. Your strategy, your numbers, and your situation stay between us. I work with a limited number of founders at a time — typically four to six — to ensure real depth, not headcount. If I'm not the right help for what you're dealing with, I'll say so, and I'll try to point you to who is.

The next right move

If you've read this far.

You're probably already partway through deciding whether a conversation is worth having. The answer is probably yes if the pricing feels in-band for where you are — and probably no if it's out of band. Both answers are useful, and I'd rather you have them before we talk than after.
